During the stay-at-home orders of the Covid-19 pandemic, I have had plenty of time to think about my life. I will pose a few of the questions I am asking myself.
In my first week of self-isolation during the coronavirus, I have found it challenging to set up a new routine. I am self-employed and was already accustomed to working at home so it surprised me that I found it difficult to create a schedule that felt satisfying. I felt scattered and anxious, which reduced my focus.
Staying home more during the coronavirus precaution period can have advantages. In order for us to cope and adjust to a change in our usual patterns, we must adapt to new routines. You may wish to create new structure to your day by setting up time blocks of activities.
